An ex-Mountie and father of a slain gangster has been charged with “uttering a threat to cause death or bodily harm to children in kindergarten and elementary school,” a Crown spokesman confirmed Wednesday.
Neil MacKenzie, of the Attorney General’s criminal justice branch, said Michael Denis LeClair allegedly made the threat in Abbotsford between May 1 and Nov. 1, 2012.
