The Devil’s Army, which set up shop in Campbell River in 2009, has now started a second Vancouver Island chapter in the Victoria suburb of Langford.
Police there confirmed this week that a building on Spencer Road that has just been renovated is believed to be a new chapter of the Devil’s Army.
